FOUNDER & HEAD TRAINER
Tessa is the owner and head trainer at WITHMAX. She knew at a young age that she wanted to pursue a career with dogs and never gave up on that dream. Tessa holds Levels 3, 4 and 5 diplomas in animal and canine behaviour and is currently working on her level 6 to complete her BSc Honours degree to qualify as a clinical canine behaviourist.

Natalie heads up our dog walking team.
A lifelong dog lover, she grew up with several dogs, including German Shepherds. After many years in a successful sales career, Natalie decided to follow her passion for dogs inspired by the experience of training her own Border Collie, Bella. Through working with Bella, Natalie discovered how much she loved the process of training, exercising, and building a bond with dogs. Natalie’s enthusiasm, experience, and genuine care for animals make her a valued member of our team.
